What is the opportunity?
With this secondment / contract position you will work within the Client Corporate Governance (“CCG”) team delivering pro-active and efficient corporate and fiduciary client entity related statutory and secretarial services to our Private Client Fiduciary Service team (“PCFS”) in respect of managed Trusts, Companies, Foundations & Partnerships (“Managed Entities”).
Must-Have
Hold or be studying for an internationally recognised professional qualification ideally an, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators or Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, or proven experience of trust/company administration with basic accounting knowledge
Full professional qualification (legal, governance or corporate secretarial) from a recognised provider
Excellent current knowledge of laws and regulations
