What will you do?
You will work within the Client Corporate Governance (CCG) team delivering pro-active and efficient corporate and fiduciary client entity related statutory and secretarial services; to the highest professional and legal standard, reflecting regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
Must-Have
Hold or be studying for an internationally recognised professional qualification ideally an, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators or Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, or proven experience of trust/company administration with basic accounting knowledge
Post-qualification experience in a corporate or private wealth team or in a trust company business or corporate administration business with a focus on governance and professional standards
