Are you customer focused and want to work in a role that offers variety? Are you motivated, up for a challenge and have a passion for customer service? We are looking for a team leader to guide, upskill and manage the performance of our recruitment team and our administration team. We need driven people to develop innovative solutions for our transactional processes and to ensure the provision of a high quality customer service throughout the client journey, working with other departments, agencies and employers where required. There is a clear expectation to motivate and develop the team, through appropriate training in order for them to achieve their goals.
