Trainee Service Desk Analyst
Working as part of a team, the Service Desk Analyst will work towards providing help with 1st line support to users.
Duties:
Setting up New User accounts, Password Resets, Lockouts, User Removals etc.
Maintain and update the Knowledge Base.
Assist in the delivery of an effective IT support service.
Maintain call statistics for analysis.
Systems:
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Skills Required
Customer Service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Good time management
Teamwork and collaboration
Core skills required
