The Assistant Baker role's main duties include handling dough (shaping, moulding etc) and generally helping with all of our recipes as well as some cleaning duties. We will provide training and hope that our candidate would be aiming to train towards becoming a baker.
Start times vary across the week and also fluctuate depending on the time of year (busier times mean earlier starts) but generally start times are around 3.45/4 am and finishing around 12/1pm.
The work week is 6 days with 1 day off, which can be any day of the week.
