Intertrust's Compliance team oversees Jersey's obligations to comply with regulatory and Group requirements. The Assistant Manager role will provide support to the team, both for business as usual activities and specific projects.

The role covers all aspects of compliance from support for compliance monitoring activity, functional reporting obligations as well as tasks relating to financial crime compliance including anti-money laundering. The role will primarily support the management of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP); Incident Management reporting, the maintenance of registers; collation and analysis of information for compliance reports.

Main requirements for the role:
- Experience working within a compliance function
- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
- Ability to formulate and select most appropriate solutions
