Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Lead Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide clinical leadership to the Senior Nurse, IPU & Quality Assurance, manage and oversee the services and personnel to ensure the highest quality of specialist palliative care. They will work collaboratively with the Senior Clinical Leadership Team, co-ordinate the Multi-disciplinary Team to create a supportive network for efficient practice and learning focusing on quality assured patient and family centred care.
The candidate will be registered with the NMC, hold a full Master’s degree in management or relevant subject, have substantial post-registration & Palliative Care experience.
