Jersey Overseas Aid (JOA) is partnering with the UN’s High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to offer a young professional from Jersey the chance to launch a career in humanitarian aid, the first step towards becoming a senior manager or director in the UN system. The Junior Professional Officer (JPO) Programme offers a fully-paid two-year field posting with the UN, providing young professionals, sponsored by their respective governments, an extraordinary opportunity to embark on a career within the UN system. JOA is looking to recruit its fifth JPO to undertake the role of Associate External Relations Officer, based in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.
