Health Care Assistant - Les Charrieres

Les Charrieres Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team & be responsible for providing high quality care to Service Users. in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- To support the Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User, in-line with Care Plans
- Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, reporting signs of deterioration in physical & mental health appropriately
- Follow policies & procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention & Control
