I.T. Technician

IT Support Technician
Sigma are looking for an IT Support Technicians to join the existing IT Team and help support our growing client base.
Day to Day Tasks and duties may involve:
• Troubleshooting system and network problems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Providing clients and staff with either remote or face-to-face IT Support
• Testing new technologies relevant to users’ site and or projects
• Resolving Server / Device / Hardware issues
• Patching Machines
• Managing all end user devices

Sigma would like to receive applications from candidates who can demonstrate 2nd/3rd Line experience, but above all else, can demonstrate a can-do attitude and a willingness to provide the best IT Customer service to their clients and colleagues.
