Senior Night Carer

We are seeking an experienced Carer to take charge on night duty leading our team of dedicated carers. The successful applicant will have proven experience of caring for older vulnerable adults, and hold a Care Level 3 qualification. Consideration however, will be given to experienced holders of a Care Level 2 qualification who demonstrates the ability and motivation to achieve Level 3. Excellent communication in both verbal and written English is essential as is an approachable and compassionate nature. A customised orientation and training package will be in to meet individual needs. A 12 hour rolling rota of 2 nights on duty and 2 nights off is in place which enables planning for family and social life.
