Health Care Assistant - St Joseph's

St Joseph's Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team to provide high-quality care
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- To support the Service Users, & ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy of Service Users
