Compliance Officer

Jersey Mutual is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure their continued compliance with their regulatory responsibilities.
The position offers a very attractive remuneration package and is on an initial 4 day week basis, with the possibility to reduce to 3.

Acting as a Key Person (the Compliance Officer), your responsibilities will include:
Management of the compliance monitoring programme
Review of the Society’s systems and controls (including its policies and procedures)
The production of periodic management information and compliance reports
The receipt of and consideration of internal Suspicious Activity Reports
Acting as the principal point of contact with our regulators

What you’ll need:
Qualified to a min. of an ICA Diploma in Compliance (or equiv)
A thorough understanding and appreciation of local legal and regulatory requirements for financial services
