Jersey Hospice Care are looking for a People Administrator to join our People Team on a part time, 6 month Fixed Term basis. The postholder will be based at Jersey Hospice Care and will support in the delivery of administrative support services to colleagues and external customers.
Proven experience within a similar administration role, understanding of HR policies, procedures and local employment legislation is desirable. IT skills, excellent verbal and written communication, good organisational skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment is essential.
Working hours are between 20 and 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, covering core working hours between 8:00 and 17:00 as agreed, with flexibility to meet the needs of the role.
