The coordinator’s primary role is to liaise with clients, suppliers & hotel staff to ensure all events are coordinated and run in a timely efficient professional manner.
Main responsibilities:
• delivering excellent customer care ensuring we exceed clients expectations
• successfully building relationships with regular and potential clients
• providing support to clients in the design of events
• providing accurate and effective communication
• planning and co-ordinating multiple events at once
You must be a team player who can work on your own initiative yet follow instruction when required. You must pay attention to detail, be highly organised & work well under pressure. You will be friendly & outgoing with a passion for customer care. Hours of work will be flexible to ensure that the needs of the clients and business are met. Weekend work is included.
