Cover the front reception desk, ensuring customers and visitors to the CFCI office in Jersey experience a friendly and helpful service
Adopt a proactive approach to solving customer queries at first point of contact
Perform any additional duties to assist all departments as requested from time to time by line manager
Carry out administration tasks to support the smooth running of the Jersey office and pan-island client facing teams (this includes task such as production of welcome packs, managing the manual obfuscation process, invoice processing, keeping marketing permissions up to date, internal/external postage etc)
Booking meetings, travel arrangements, scheduling visitors
Adherence to compliance and risk policies to ensure satisfactory audit and quality assurance standard are met
Assist new joiners with access to relevant systems, building induction etc
