We’re searching for a proactive and skilled HR Officer to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle in our childcare-focused organisation. This role is ideal for a dedicated HR professional eager to make a difference and work autonomously while enjoying the support of an engaged management team.
Key responsibilities include full employee lifecycle management, payroll, maintaining employee training records, assisting with all employee related maters and ensuring all processes comply with regulation.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience within a HR a ministration or operations role and have the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while collaborating as needed. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and provide effective support to all levels of staff.
