Head Housekeeper

To manage, develop and support the housekeeping and, laundry departments, which may be across more than one care home. To ensure that both departments are safe, caring, effective well led and responsive. Your departments will be compliant with external regulation and follow Barchester policies and procedures. A hands on approach will be taken to support the teams that you manage to ensure the care facility is clean, tidy, presentable and free of mal odours guaranteeing the comfort of our residents.. All departments will be cost effective in the delivery of high quality care.
