Manager / Chef

We are an established kiosk business based in St Helier. We provide delicious food to both the local community & tourists from March through to October. We are busy 7 days a week, providing takeaway, collection and outdoor seated options for customers.

We are looking for a Manger / Chef to join our team and be responsible for managing and running the Castle Kiosk day to day whilst being the primary grill chef.

This is a fast-paced roll, accuracy and teamwork are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a busy kitchen with all the relevant training in place, will have good attention to detail and also be a good communicator to enable them to work in this environment. We’re also offering a bonus linked to profit for the right long-term candidate.
