Acorn Senior Supervisor

Acorn Enterprises Ltd is recruiting for a practical person with excellent communication skills who can effectively supervise people with a disability or long-term health condition working in our horticultural nursery and assist within our other business units. 

You will be able to plan and organise daily work schedules for the nursery team, and supervise the production of bedding plants, pot plants, window boxes and hanging baskets for sale in our Acorn shop.   The Senior Supervisor will identify and support with staff member’s training and development needs and ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
