Tree Surgeon

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tree Surgeon to maintain trees owned by the Parish of St Helier. This role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for the local community and visitors through professional tree surgery tasks. Responsibilities include felling, pruning, tree surveys, and removing hazardous branches. You will operate chainsaws, perform emergency tree clearance, and contribute to the twice-yearly branchage duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of tree surgery experience, certifications in chainsaw operation and tree climbing, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. A Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) license and experience with specialist machinery are preferred. Apply today to support the ongoing maintenance and safety of our Parish’s green spaces.
