The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and companies, as well as performing tasks such as compliance monitoring and helping to ensure Carlton meets its regulatory responsibilities. The role would suit a candidate who has at least 5 years of experience, is willing to take a proactive approach, enjoys a challenge and can work in a small team.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Administrative tasks for companies, trusts and funds
-Maintain client administration system and statutory registers
-Complete client take-on and periodic reviews
-Set up bank and investment accounts
-Assist with requests for CDD
-Assist with audit requests
-Compliance Monitoring
-Assist with regulatory information requests
-Assist with Compliance Reporting
-Assist with drafting of policies and procedures
