Acorn Deliveries & Shop Floor Supervisor

We are recruiting for a permanent full-time deliveries and collections and shop floor supervisor to join our Acorn Reuse team.

This role requires great customer service skills, and the ability to plan and organise daily tasks and provide instruction for staff and clients. You will have a passion for all shop floor related tasks including sorting and pricing donated items, restocking, cleaning and organising shelves/displays.

You will take responsibility for determining whether items are suitable for sale or donation to other charities as well as assisting with customer enquiries and issues escalated by other staff in a calm and professional manner.

The role includes assisting with deliveries and collections which requires manual handling.
