We're seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our growing Executive Compensation Services team in Jersey. You’ll manage a diverse client portfolio, mentor junior staff, and help drive excellence in a specialised, fast-evolving area.
In this hybrid role, you'll lead on transactions, support onboarding, and have the flexibility to develop your expertise—whether in technical delivery, people leadership, or business development. You'll play a key role in shaping both client service and team development.
Ideal candidates will have experience in fund or incentive structures, are working towards (or hold) ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP, and bring strong communication, leadership, and technical skills. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of governance and local regulation are essential.
