HR Now are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to deliver exceptional HR support to clients, the team, and HR Now by ensuring a seamless and effective HR administration and advisory service. Provide professional and comprehensive first-line HR advice, assistance, and administrative solutions. Uphold and embody the Companyā€™s core values of being Compliant, Commercial, and Creative in all aspects of service delivery.
Requirements:-
HR qualification such as the CIPD such as the CIPD Level 3 with a desire to complete CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
Self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively
Positive, can do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Adaptable, able to support a wide range of clients with varying needs and ways of working
Exhibits a high level of confidentiality
