Key Responsibilities:
Help the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to prepare healthy school meals.
To maintain cleanliness of all utensils and surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
To maintain the highest level of sanitation in the kitchen, including, sweeping, mopping, determining cleanliness of dishes and food contact surfaces.
To undertake all mandatory training for HACCP, Manual Handling, COSHH, Level 2 Food Safety.
