Join one of the British Isles’ most distinguished dining destinations as Head Sommelier at The Atlantic Hotel and its acclaimed Ocean Restaurant, holder of four AA Rosettes and proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Ocean Restaurant’s cellar features over 500 meticulously curated wine labels, and has been honoured with the AA Notable Wine List Award for several consecutive years. You will lead our wine programme, working closely with our Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to elevate the guest experience with exceptional pairings and a warm, knowledgeable presence.
We are looking for a passionate and professional individual with:
• Previous sommelier experience in fine dining at a comparable level
• Ideally WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification
• A strong understanding
• The ability to lead, inspire, and train a small team
