We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager who will oversee the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational performance and driving business growth. They will be responsible for managing transformation projects from conception through to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive project plans to facilitate the delivery of the Company Business Plan, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and risk management.
Support the Chief Operating Officer with the implementation of Efficiency plans and the execution of key priorities to achieve the 2040 net zero ambition.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
