Site Manager

Roberts Garages is currently looking for a Site Manager at our West site. You'll be a key partner to the Area Retail Manager, providing customers with a high level of customer service. Take ownership for their individual site, liaising with the Area Manager where necessary. This involves planning, coordinating and organising the operations of the forecourt and managing employees to achieve best performance.
Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory / management role.
- Team player.
- Management skills to organise and motivate the employees within the team, with the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to change.
