Fresh Senior Supervisor

We’re looking for a full-time Senior Supervisor to join our fantastic fresh team at the St Peter’s Village Food Store. You’ll play a key role in leading, inspiring, and developing the team, ensuring excellent customer service and the successful delivery of the store’s business plan. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, maintaining compliance, supporting community initiatives, and being part of the on-call team. You’ll need strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, plus relevant experience or a Level 3 ILM qualification.
