We're looking for a Service Advisor to work on our busy service reception. You will be responsible for greeting customers on arrival, dealing with their requirements, allocating work to the Technicians and organising the car cleaners to collect and deliver customer cars. Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous although training will be provided. Organisational skills are essential to ensure out high levels of Customer Satisfaction are maintained.
