What you'll do:

-Ensure smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment and comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front of house for seamless service.
What we are looking for:
-Proven leadership experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef able to motivate the team.
- Expertise in seasonal menus and fresh, high quality ingredients.
-Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of HACCP
