Drop-In Centre Co-ordinator

Mind Jersey is looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to manage day to day activities at our Drop-In Centre, supporting people with mental health difficulties through peer-led activities and support sessions.
This role will involve:
• Coordinating a safe and welcoming space for service users
• Organising volunteer rotas and activity timetables
• Providing supervision and informal training to volunteers
• Collaborating with stakeholders and local partners
• Monitoring service outcomes and contributing to service improvements
Essential criteria include:
• Experience working in mental health (paid or voluntary)
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
• Understanding of peer support and recovery principles
• Confidence in managing volunteers and developing community initiatives
