Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our charity’s operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support across a wide range of functions.
Key responsibilities include fundraising, maintaining databases and files, scheduling meetings, supporting board and campaign activities, managing correspondence, coordinating recruitment processes, handling office supplies, and assisting with ICT tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, and be confident using Microsoft Office. You’ll be a team player, able to manage time effectively and work independently when needed.
