We have an opportunity for an HR Administrator to carry our the day-to-day transactional tasks associated with a busy HR department.
Key duties include:
Carry out all tasks associated with our onboarding process
Make updates into the HR system
Action employee work permit/visa renewals and employee long service awards
Carry out tasks associated with study requests
Process HR invoices
Complete administration for various employee changes
Action reference requests
Assist with the organisation of new and existing student schemes and placements
The ideal candidate will:
Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Previous experience in an administrative position would be advantageous
