We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations, growth, and strategic leadership of our firestopping and fire door company. This role demands deep knowledge of passive fire protection systems, strong team leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across firestopping, fire door installation, and maintenance services
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with fire safety standards, certifications, and industry best practices
• Drive business development initiatives, including client acquisition, tender management , and service expansion.
