Island Home Care is expanding its management team and seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join us in a varied and rewarding role. The position includes approximately 70% direct client support in the community—mainly providing holiday cover as part of a team of 10 coordinators—and 30% office-based duties including staff supervision, care planning, meetings, and risk assessments.
