Operations Assistant 20hrs M&S King Street

**This is a physically demanding role**
Make sure that the correct procedures are implemented for receiving and storing stock;
Ensure that the correct procedures are implemented for picking stock and maintaining a high standard of presentation;
Ensure that stock and equipment are in the right location at the right time;
Make sure that stock is displayed for purchase and that customers know what products and services are on offer;
Make sure that customers can pay quickly and easily and leave the store feeling positive.
Handle customer refunds/ queries and complaints efficiently via email or phone;
Provide the customer with up-to-date knowledge of products and services;
Able to communicate clearly and confidential with colleagues, management and contractors;
Receive deliveries and check them against delivery documentation;
