As a member of the Parish of St Helier Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for managing in-house roads and building maintenance teams and their onsite operations. You will also oversee external contractors working across the Parish’s land and property portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered to high standards by applying best value and best practice principles. This role is key to maintaining a high level of service provision from project inception through to completion.
This role is primarily site-based with some office work (around 50%) and may occasionally require attendance at meetings or events outside normal working hours.
