Team Leader - Baby Room

Are you a passionate early years professional with a heart for babies and a desire to lead a nurturing, dedicated team? We're looking for a Baby Room Team Leader to join our welcoming nursery and create a warm, inspiring environment for our youngest children to thrive.

About the Role:

As the Baby Room Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support the team of practitioners in our baby room.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and loving space where every baby feels secure and valued
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff


Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS compliance
A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare
Previous experience working with babies in a nursery setting
Team Leader Qualification (desirable)
