Blakes Bistro, our brand-new bistro in the heart of St Helier on King Street is looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bar Person to join our friendly team. Ideal candidates will have strong cocktail-making skills, good wine knowledge, and a love for great hospitality. You'll be mixing both classic and signature drinks,
recommending wines, and creating a welcoming bar experience for our guests. Reliability, teamwork, and evening/weekend availability are essential.
