Carpenter / Window Technitian

Island Sashcraft specialises in the restoration, servicing, and repair of traditional sash windows and timber doors. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Technician / Carpenter to join our team.

Role includes:

Sash window & timber door restoration

Draught-proofing, servicing & general repairs

Cill replacement & scarfing

Repairs to sills, beads, cords, pulleys, glazing & frames

Occasional general carpentry & maintenance

Requirements:

Proven carpentry skills with windows & doors

Proficient in cill replacement and scarfing

Good problem-solving & attention to detail

Own transport

Reliable, punctual, able to work independently or in a team

Professional, customer-focused approach
