The Role
Act as Compliance Officer and MLCO, fulfilling Key Person responsibilities
Maintain and monitor the firm’s compliance framework and policies
Liaise with the JFSC and ensure timely regulatory reporting
Oversee client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
Conduct risk assessments and apply proportionate, risk-based controls
Advise the Board on compliance and deliver staff training
Required
3–5 years’ financial services experience (newly qualified or experienced professionals welcome)
ICA Diploma (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Jersey AML/CFT regime and JFSC Codes of Practice
Confident, proactive, and solutions-driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hours Negotiable
