Our Community Care Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing and friendly team. The successful candidate will be warm, reliable and committed, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. You will provide support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to remain independent and maintain their quality of life.
