Tissue Culture Associate

The Tissue Culture Associate is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of plant tissue cultures used for genetic preservation, mother stock development, and disease-free propagation. This role supports the wider cultivation and quality functions by ensuring clean, consistent, and traceable propagation material. The associate performs aseptic culturing techniques, maintains sterile environments, manages growth media preparation, and documents all culture activities in accordance with GACP/GMP standards.
