Senior Branch Manager - SIXT

As Senior Branch Manager, you will lead the growth, profitability, and day-to-day performance of your branch while delivering a premium customer experience. You will manage budgets, drive sales, increase market share, and develop a high-performing team. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure operational excellence, resolve customer issues, and uphold company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive, commercial mindset and flexibility.

Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years’ managerial experience with strong people leadership. Proven sales and budget management experience. Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience required.
