Deputy Manager

The successful candidate will work as part of a care team to deliver safe, high-quality care that meets regulatory standards. They will support the Registered Manager in the recruitment, supervision, performance management, and development of staff, ensuring high standards of both clinical and non-clinical practice are maintained at all times.

The role involves overseeing the delivery of care to service users, supporting them with personal care in line with individual care plans, and promoting dignity, independence, and positive social interaction. The post holder will monitor service users’ physical and mental wellbeing, responding effectively to any changes and supporting assessments, admissions, and discharges where required.
