Kitchen Porter

Operating dishwashing machines and manually cleaning plates, cutlery, pots, and all cooking utensils, ensuring they are clean, dried, and readily available for service.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including work surfaces, food preparation areas, cookers, hobs, and floors (sweeping and mopping) to meet strict food safety standards. This is a day position, no evenings and no Sundays.
