Positive Steps is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our regulated care service in Jersey. This senior role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with Jersey Care Commission (JCC) standards and the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of the registered care service
Ensure compliance with JCC regulations and inspection requirements
Lead safeguarding, quality assurance, audits, and governance
Manage and develop staff through supervision and training
Oversee care planning, medication management, and safe staffing
Act as a senior professional role model
Essential Requirements
QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
3–5 years experience in a similar position
