Support Worker (Weekends only)

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team, helping us deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support clients with daily living, personal care, and social activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing personal and emotional care
Assisting with meals, medication, and daily living tasks
Escorting clients to appointments and social activities
Supporting hobbies, independence, and community involvement
Promoting safeguarding, health, safety, and infection control
Keeping accurate records and clear communication with colleagues and families
